What happens to transparent areas in a PNG?
The PDF pages use JPEG images, which cannot be transparent, so transparent areas turn white.
Will text and sharp edges stay crisp?
Mostly, but not perfectly. Each PNG is saved as a JPEG inside the PDF, so screenshots and line art can look slightly softer. Set Image quality to High for the sharpest result. This tool does not keep PNGs lossless.
Can I put several PNGs in one PDF?

Are my PNG files uploaded?
