What this site does NOT collect

We do not receive, store, view, or have any access to:

• The images or files you convert
• Any content, metadata, or information contained inside those files

This is a structural fact about how the tool works, not just a policy promise — the conversion code runs entirely on your device.

What we do collect, and why

Like most websites, some limited technical data is collected automatically:

• IP address — logged temporarily for security purposes: detecting repeated failed login attempts on our admin system, and identifying broken links (404 errors) on the site. This is not linked to any files you convert, since we never see those files.
• Basic browser storage (localStorage) — used only to remember how many free conversions you've used on this device, so we can apply free-tier limits. This stays on your device; it is not sent to or stored on our servers.

Cookies

We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If ads are enabled on this site in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect what data our ad provider collects, and you'll be able to find that information here.

Third-party services

Some conversion features rely on code libraries loaded from a content delivery network (CDN) to your browser (for example, format-conversion helper libraries). These load as part of the page but do not receive your files — conversion still happens locally on your device using this code.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, when ads or new features are introduced — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
